Little Sparrow Prints understands and respects the need for our customers’ privacy. When you provide your contact information, we keep it private. We do not share or sell our customers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, or email contact information to third-party agencies, or any other promotional agency.

Returns and Exchanges.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) received was damaged in transit. Please provide photos of packaging and damaged goods.

  2. Item shipped is not what was ordered. Please confirm your selections before processing payment. (If the customer ordered a wrong item, or changed his/her mind, return requests will be subject to refusal. Customer will be responsible for all return postage costs.)

  3. Return/Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping

Little Sparrow Prints ships only to the continental United States, via the U.S. Postal Service. To minimize this cost, we use First Class or Ground Service, unless Priority Mail proves to be the less expensive option, or is specifically requested prior to checkout.
